Complimentary upgrades will provide new funcitions including the improvement of in-body image stabilization performance for X-H1.
The FUJIFILM X-H1 uses the APS-C size X-Trans™ CMOS III sensor (24.30 million pixels, without low-pass filter) and the high-speed image processing engine X-Processor Pro. When used in combination with the extremely high-quality FUJINON lens, as well as the unique color reproduction technology developed by FUJIFILM more than 8 decades ago, the FUJIFILM X-H1 produces outstanding, unrivaled quality images recording the finest details of the subject including its texture, three-dimensional structure and even the atmosphere and vibe of a particular scene.
The first internal in-body image stabilization (IBIS) system to feature in an X Series camera, harnesses three axial accelerometers, three axial Gyro sensors, and a specially developed dual-processor. Combined, this achieves the high speed of approximately 10,000 calculations per second. When unified with compensating mechanisms, results in uncompromising image quality and precision with performance.
With Film Simulations, you can apply colors and tones that match your artistic intentions to your pictures, as if choosing different special effect photographic films. The FUJIFILM X-H1 comes with sixteen Film Simulation modes, which Fujifilm has uniquely created based on the color-presentation philosophy and know-how the company has developed through more than 80 years of photo film production.
The FUJIFILM X-H1 is the first camera in the X Series to include ETERNA, a new film simulation ideal for shooting movies. This mode simulates cinematic film, creating understated colors and rich shadow tones, greatly enhancing creative freedom during post-processing.
Flicker reduction modes are essential for indoor sport photography, and the FUJIFILM X-H1 achieves this using a mirrorless camera, allowing for stable exposure during burst shots even under fluorescent and mercury lighting.
X Mount Lens
The very latest digital technologies have been used to develop X Mount lenses, which offer high-precision optical designs to deliver the highest possible image quality. The current line-up of lenses ranges from ultra wide-angle to super-telephoto lenses. These lenses bring out the very best image quality from the FUJIFILM X-H1.
The FUJIFILM X-H1 has advanced features to support professional workflow, including the data communications function, multi-flash lighting suppor t and compatibility with various software products.

A photographer on the move needs to control things quickly and easily.
The zoom determines how big or large the subject is in the frame, image stabilization helps reduce shutter speeds and minimise any vibration whilst the large maximum aperture gives rich bokeh and high-speed AF keeps up with any movement.
This lens allows the photographer to control all the four elements with their left hand, leaving no room for uncertainty.
This workhorse of a lens brings out the maximum potential of the camera and the photographer.
23 elements shape the light
Designed for clarity and strong contrast, this lens captures every detail in each scene. The Nano GI (Gradient Index) coating reduces ghosting and lens flair when shooting into strong light. The use of six ED lens elements including one Super ED (extra-low dispersion) lens minimises chromatic aberration to achieve a high level of image resolving power. The lens configuration and coating, has been applied to deliver clarity, free of dullness or haziness, allowing the photographer to capture what their eyes see.
As quick as you
This is neither a long-distance runner or a sprinter. The lens makes a dash from the minimum shooting distance to infinity, and back again repeatedly. There are three requirements. It must be fast, quiet and maintain balance across its zooming range and at any shooting distance, so as not to have any impact on your grip holding the lens. The balanced form eliminates camera shake for high-speed shooting.
Time to take control
The lens has five-stop image stabilisation inside, and can deliver up to six-stops*1 when mounted on a camera with in-body image stabilisation. At the longest end of the zoom, 140mm, the slowest shutter speed when hand-holding should be 1/125 sec to avoid camera shake. The OIS allows you to use a shutter speed of 1/4 sec! Concentrate on your subject and have the creative freedom to choose a wider range of shutter speeds. You can also benefit in low light, as you don't have to increase ISO sensitivity or rely on a tripod.
Large-diameter zooms are typically very heavy, limiting where you can use the lens and what pictures you can take, however this lens weighs less than 1kg. After a day of shooting with the lens, when you head home and realise that there is no strain on your shoulders or arms, that is the moment you appreciate its true value.
Ready for the elements
Any professional lens needs to overcome all shooting conditions, especially adverse weather. The dust- and moisture-resistant construction of the lens allows you to immerse yourself in shooting, even during rain or sandy environments.
