The mirrorless Nikon Z fc with 20.9 megapixel sensor in DX format
Inspired by a classic: The design of the Nikon Z FC is a tribute to the legendary Nikon FM2 from the early 1980s. She impresses with a variety of carefully recreated details - from the surface structure of the case to the dials and the engraved Nikon logo on the pentarism design viewfinder cover. Inside it impresses with the innovative technology of the Z series. Its DX format 20.9 megapixel CMOS sensor delivers images with excellent sharpness and unparalleled detail right to the corners. Supported by a high-performance image processor and hybrid autofocus integrated in the image sensor with 209 field of measurement, the camera allows videos in 4K UHD, slow motion sequences in full HD and continuous shooting at up to 11 fps - thanks to high sensitivity reserves up to ISO 51,200, even in low light. In dynamic situations, image stabilisation is carried out via the lens with movable lens group.
The electronic OLED viewfinder with approx. 2.36 million pixels (XGA) provide an ultra-sharp view of the subject, whereby the tilting and rotating touch monitor allows for a variety of creative perspectives, including selfies. The powerful eye AF makes it easier to capture extraordinary portraits and sharpens eyes even in large groups and crowds.
In addition to the Nikon Z lenses, Nikon F lenses can be connected without loss via the optionally available bayonet adapter FTZ. It is just as easy to share your own shots with the world: Thanks to the SnapBridge and integrated Bluetooth low energy, the Z fc allows permanent connection to a smart device as well as the transmission of images and videos with integrated WiFi.
