Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your transaction. We offer the below return and refund terms to assure you the best service.

Free 30-Day Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund — for any reason. 6th Ave Electronics provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, whether the item is defective, damaged, not as described, or simply not what you wanted. You pay nothing to return an eligible item within 30 days.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a free return and full refund, returned items must meet the conditions below. If these conditions are not met, 6th Ave Electronics reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a reasonable adjustment.

  • UPC codes and serial numbers must be intact.
  • The product must be returned in its original, unaltered box.
  • The return must include all items originally received, including free items and accessories, original packing material, box materials, inserts, manuals, cables, unfilled warranty, and rebate cards. If you choose to keep any free items or accessories, their retail value will be deducted from the refund.
  • The product must be in resalable condition (not damaged or altered by the customer).

Nonreturnable Items

  • Final Sale Items
  • Unboxed TVs, combos, and monitors 37" or larger with unsealed original packaging
  • Unboxed computers and computer software with unsealed original packaging
  • Electronic software or downloads
  • Unboxed consumable items such as CDs, DVDs, ink cartridges, film, bulbs, etc.
  • Any computers built, customized, or modified per customer specifications
  • Select special-order merchandise
  • Nonreturnable items specifically mentioned on the website
  • Submerged underwater equipment
  • Unboxed or unwrapped educational tapes or books

How to Initiate a Return

To arrange a return or exchange, contact us by phone at 1-800-414-4012 or email customercare@6ave.com to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and your prepaid return shipping label. For items missing or visibly damaged in transit, please notify us within three business days of receipt.

Shipping Products for Return or Exchange

Repack the product carefully. Place the factory box into a separate shipping box and attach the prepaid label we provide. Include the RMA number underneath the return address. Please do not affix labels to or write on the manufacturer's package.

Limited Liability

Please factory reset or password-unlock any electronics containing personal information before returning them. We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage arising from the purchase or use of any merchandise.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds are issued to the original payment method 3–7 days after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. For eligible returns within 30 days, you receive a full refund of the purchase price and any original shipping charges.
