At the top of the webpage, under the title, "Item Specifics", if you find a statement there stating that the item is directly imported by seller or is an "Import Model," it means that the item may have been imported by us and that it may or may not have been originally intended for sale in the U.S.
All of the original accessories provided in the manufacturer's box are original Sigma accessories, and ready to operate plus a third-party AC adapter and/or battery charger (if needed). Depending on the country of origin, international versions of a product may differ from domestic versions in certain ways including, without limitation, their packaging (which may include important product information), charger, AC adapters, printed manual, and manufacturer warranty. Please note that if you purchase a "body only" offer, it may arrive in an original Sigma box from which other parts such as the lens may have been removed. If you purchased a Sigma lens only, it is a new Sigma lens, but the product may or may not be delivered in manufacturer packaging. The product may or may not include the original manual, but access to an English product manual should be available via the internet. A 1-Year warranty is provided via U.S. 6th Ave. Express. Import items may not be eligible for a manufacturer warranty in the USA. Import models may not be eligible for services from the manufacturer or its affiliates. Packages ship within 24 hours from valid payment received.
Packages ship FedEx or UPS with free delivery. Shipments cannot be made to PO Boxes.
If you would like a faster delivery method, please choose expedited shipping.
Packages do not ship Saturday or Sunday.
Our packages are insured and may require a signature. In accordance with PayPal
and eBay policies, we cannot reroute your package to a different address or hold
your shipment at the local hub for pick up, your order must be delivered to the
confirmed PayPal address received with your purchase. We cannot change your address
before the order ships. Please do not submit handling instructions in the notes

We offer a 30 Day Return Policy.
If your package is damaged in delivery, please call us so we can set up a claim

All returns must contain all original manufacturer boxes and packaging, including
packing materials and unfilled warranty card(s).
If your product is defective, we will exchange it for a new unit. The recipient
is responsible for all shipping charges to ship the product back. We will pay to
ship the new product back to you.
All returns must have an RMA number. To obtain one, you must call or email our customer
service department. If you return or refuse a package, shipping is not refundable.
Our products are covered by a warranty of 1-year parts and 90-days for labor. If

for new products in any case where the manufacturer will not do so.

At the top of the webpage, under the title, "Item Specifics", if you find a statement there stating that the item is directly imported by seller or is an "Import Model," it means that the item may have been imported by us and that it may or may not have been originally intended for sale in the U.S.
All of the original accessories provided in the manufacturer's box are original Sigma accessories, and ready to operate plus a third-party AC adapter and/or battery charger (if needed). Depending on the country of origin, international versions of a product may differ from domestic versions in certain ways including, without limitation, their packaging (which may include important product information), charger, AC adapters, printed manual, and manufacturer warranty. Please note that if you purchase a "body only" offer, it may arrive in an original Sigma box from which other parts such as the lens may have been removed. If you purchased a Sigma lens only, it is a new Sigma lens, but the product may or may not be delivered in manufacturer packaging. The product may or may not include the original manual, but access to an English product manual should be available via the internet. A 1-Year warranty is provided via U.S. 6th Ave. Express. Import items may not be eligible for a manufacturer warranty in the USA. Import models may not be eligible for services from the manufacturer or its affiliates. For example, because UPC or other tracking codes may differ from U.S. versions, you may not be notified of or eligible for any product recalls, upgrades, or rebates, and you may not receive other notifications.

Packages ship within 24 hours from valid payment received.
Packages ship FedEx or UPS with free delivery. Shipments cannot be made to PO Boxes.
If you would like a faster delivery method, please choose expedited shipping.
Packages do not ship Saturday or Sunday.
Our packages are insured and may require a signature. In accordance with PayPal
and eBay policies, we cannot reroute your package to a different address or hold
your shipment at the local hub for pick up, your order must be delivered to the
confirmed PayPal address received with your purchase. We cannot change your address
before the order ships. Please do not submit handling instructions in the notes
of your order requesting special handling, a specific courier or a change of address,
as we will be unable to meet these requests.
We offer a 30 Day Return Policy.
If your package is damaged in delivery, please call us so we can set up a claim
with the carrier.
All returns must contain all original manufacturer boxes and packaging, including
packing materials and unfilled warranty card(s).
If your product is defective, we will exchange it for a new unit. The recipient
is responsible for all shipping charges to ship the product back. We will pay to
ship the new product back to you.
All returns must have an RMA number. To obtain one, you must call or email our customer
service department. If you return or refuse a package, shipping is not refundable.
Our products are covered by a warranty of 1-year parts and 90-days for labor. If
you need more information, please contact our customer service department for warranty
info. 6AVE will provide a warranty of 1-year parts and 90-days for labor and defects
for new products in any case where the manufacturer will not do so.
Please be aware that while all items we sell are brand new and never used, there
are instances where we deliver the camera body (and box contents) in a box which
originally included the camera and the lens. Please be reassured that the package
that you received is brand new, never used, and comes with full documentation
